The service

Tadka Play offers free, casual multiplayer party games designed to be played with people together — typically one big screen plus everyone's phones. It's provided for fun, at no charge.

Acceptable use

• Be decent. Names, drawings, answers, and other content you enter are shown to the other players in your game. Don't submit anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringing.
• Don't break things. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, or reverse-engineer the service.
• You're responsible for what you and your group do during a game.

No accounts, no guarantees

There are no accounts. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any game or its state will be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadka Play and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. As the games are free, our total liability is limited accordingly.

Changes & availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms at any time; when we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Tadka Play after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
